SIG SAUER P320 PISTOL WARNING
ATTENTION MEMBERS AND GUESTS:

There are credible reports, including legal cases and safety investigations, of unintentional discharges of the P320 without a trigger pull. WE URGE YOU TO EXCERSISE PROPER MUZZLE CONTROL AND RESEARCH THE ISSUE THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOU CONSIDER OPERATING YOUR P320
While SIG maintains the firearm is safe, multiple incidents across the USA have prompted some clubs and organizations such as ICE, U.S. Air Force, and IPDA to outright BAN the P320.
This is not a condemnation of any member’s firearm of choice. It is a safety-first WARNING based upon our duty to protect all members, guests, volunteers and visitors.
OUR CLUB, OUR LIABILITY
As a member-run facility, we all share the responsibility for maintaining a safe environment. Should an incident occur, the club could face legal and insurance consequences – even if the firearm in question is compliant with manufacturer’s specifications.
Next steps: Your Board of Directors will be watching this issue closely and may take further action as more facts become available.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions, please contact any FRCC Board member.

REMINDER:

The 300 yard range is open to members only but requires at least 2 people to use it as one person must remain at the bench rest area while the other person posts or checks targets.

It takes awhile to walk there and we don’t want anyone in the line of fire.*
